Shipping Rates

We prepare, process, and ship your orders from our warehouse in Sterling, VA or it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Telluride Systems offers free shipping for all orders over $250 shipped within continental US.*

• There will be additional charges for freight services such as lift gate, inside delivery, residential delivery, remote location, and lack of a receiving dock or freight handling capabilities (proper fork lift…). One of our representatives will contact you in case of extra freight charges or service fees.
• It is customer’s responsibility to notify Telluride Systems if any of the above situations exist.

All shipping includes insurance if available for your destination. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time the order arrives at its destination.

Our Turn-Around Time

Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Special order items will be shipped the same day they are received by Telluride Systems.

You can expect all parcel orders (75 pounds or less) to arrive within 7 to 10 business days unless they are on backorder, non-stock items or special order items.

All freight delivery items (75 pounds or more) can arrive within 2 to 6 weeks.
